An Evidence – Based case of Haemorrhoids

 

Present Complaints:

A 26-years old unmarried man Mr. MM consulted for the treatment of protruding piles. He was disturbed with pain, bleeding while passing stool and also difficulty in sitting. He was advised for surgery by a surgeon due to his protrusion of piles but he was not interested to do surgery.

Past history:

Nothing relevant in this case

Family history:

Nothing relevant in this case

Personal history:

Taking tea: 4-5 times per day. No smoking and alcohol drinking habit

Diagnosis:

External Haemorrhoids

Treatment

He was advised to take Homoeopathic Medicine Muriatic acid 200 daily once before food for 1 week and Scrophularia Nodosa 30 daily twice after food for 1week then he was relieved form his complaints within 3days and advised to take proper diet and regular physical work.
